When posting equipment, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Post, other Royal Mail postal and courier services only offer limited compenstion in the event of loss or damage. In most cases, we only need the camera body, which will make packing easier. We don’t ask for pre-payment but do please include a full description of the faults together with your details and e-mail address.
